Tim Docking
Tim Docking is Managing Director at the Refugee Investment Network (RIN), the first impact investing intermediary dedicated to creating durable solutions to global forced migration. Prior to establishing RIN, Tim was a business executive at the IBM Corporation where he worked at the intersection of business, technology and international development. Earlier in his career he was part of the startup team at the Millennium Challenge Corporation (a U.S. government development agency), and helped to form and implement policy as a White House Fellow. Tim started his career as a Peace Corps Volunteer in Mali and holds a Ph.D. in comparative politics from Boston University.
