Rania Ayman
With rooted stamina and passion for change, Rania founded Entreprenelle at the age of 24, in 2016. Entreprenelle aims to contribute to building a new generation of more educated and confident women entrepreneurs, through designed programs, workshops, trainings, and awareness campaigns. The platform has already facilitated over 60 workshops around the country and partnered with more than 30 businesswomen. Every year, Entreprenelle hosts its annual conference “She Can” with the aim of gathering women and men entrepreneurs from different stages to empower and inspire one another. The event also includes speed mentoring from professional experienced mentors in the business field, who give advice in addition to many creative ideas, and show them how to improve their business. She is a winner of the Injaz entrepreneurship prize and a member of AWID (Association for Women’s Rights in Development), Ayman is also a Global Shaper and has reached over 3,000 Egyptian women through her inspirational events.
Rania Ayman is the Founder and CEO of Entreprenelle which is a mission driven enterprise that strives to bridge the gender gap economically by educating, training and linking women to all the economic resources possible impacting more than 50,000 women in business in more than 9 govern-rates including underprivileged areas, successfully producing more than 2000 project, formalising more than 1000. Concerned with socioeconomic gender rights thats why she started her Initiative in Cairo 7 years back serving now most of Egypt and outreaching to the hole region to make sure women voices are on the table heard and carefully listened to.. Been chosen to represent Egypt and speak in many international conferences as The Global Entrepreneurship Summit in India, Social Enterprise World Forum in the United Kingdom, World government summit in UAE and African Youth Conference in Kenya.
