Lamiaa El Rashidy
"Lamiaa El Rashidy is the Technology Incubation Department Manager at the Technology Innovation and Entrepreneurship Center (TIEC). Through managing TIEC’s incubation department, she aims at promoting entrepreneurial spirit and increasing SMEs in the ICT sector in Egypt. Lamiaa has over 13 years’ experience in the incubation business as she joined ITIDA in 2010 as an Incubation Specialist and since then she has supported and mentored through her work many of the current Egyptian successful startups. Lamiaa headed has also joined Mowgli mentorship program in 2018 and she is currently one of Mowgli’s regional mentors. Lamiaa has joined TIEC since its inception in September 2010 and has been managing the incubation department as the Incubation Department Manager since June 2012. Prior to her current position, she held different positions at the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt and DaimlerChrysler Egypt.Lamiaa earned an MBA from Maastricht School of Management (MSM), with Distinction and a B.A. in Business Administration – Concentration Marketing, American University in Cairo with high honors."
