Gaspar is the co-founder of RefugeeForce: a social enterprise that develops the skills and careers of asylum seekers while bringing talent and diversity to the Salesforce ecosystem. Their aim is to boost the underemployed and unemployed asylum seeker population looking for careers in technology and to bridge the digital-skills and talent gap across Europe. As a 7X Certified Senior Salesforce Consultant with 10 years of Salesforce experience in various roles, he has worked with social impact organisations, large NGOs, and commercial companies around the world to design and implement solutions on the Salesforce platform. Gaspar was recently honored as a 2020 DreamTX Speaker, 2020 Golden Hoodie Winner, and 2021 Salesforce MVP.
