Behshad Darvish

Behshad Darvish is a Human Resources professional with over 17 years of experience in HR and 13 years in the hi-tech industry. His particular passion is the overlapping space between people and technology. In his current role as HR Business Partner for Dell Technologies, Behshad has closely supported the integration of Dell and EMC following the biggest tech acquisition to date. Prior to joining Dell in May 2017, Behshad held regional HR Business Partner roles at SAP for 10 years in both North America and EMEA. Behshad holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a specialization in Human Resources Management from the Sauder School of Business at the University of British Columbia. He’s also a techie, avid traveler (currently on hiatus), and frequent podcast consumer.
