Amal Enan
Amal Enan is a Partner at 500 Global, a multi stage venture fund investing in the world's potential. Amal advises the American University in Cairo as the Chief Investment Officer of the Endowment and was the former Senior Advisor on COP27 to the World Resources Institute. Amal founded The Lotus Collective, an organization supporting access to finance for women and climate solutions for sustainable & inclusive growth. At 500 Global, Amal leads the firm's early stage investments in Egypt in high growth sectors including healthtech, fintech and Saas in addition to managing the wider Egypt programs and building the team. Amal was the former Executive Director of the Egyptian-American Enterprise Fund "EAEF".
