Amal Dokhan
Amal is an entrepreneurship advocate, a venture capitalist, and an ecosystem builder for more than a decade in the MENA region. Amal serves as a managing partner at 500 Global, managing the Sanabil 500 MENA seed accelerator fund focusing on investing in early stage tech startups, Amal also have angel invested in many startup companies which enabled access too many early insights in the market. Amal also worked at Babson college managing the MENA region entrepreneurial programs and has served also for a period of time in Monshaat managing the global entrepreneurship network. Amal sits on the board of VCPEA, the venture capital and private equity association in Saudi, and also serves as a board member at the Middle East Venture Capital Association in the UAE. She is also a fellow at the Kauffman Fellowship Association, a prestigious global network for VCs. Amal has been featured two years in a row as one of the top most powerful women in the Middle East as part of Forbes list for 2023 and 2024.
