Alaa Nayer
Alaa Nayer is a Certified Trainer who has delivered 700+ training hours in Soft Skills and Employability Skills Programs and Workshops for 2500+ college students, graduates and employees. With deep passion for influencing people, guiding them and making a difference in their lives. Alaa started doing so even before her graduation through working in student activities. After her graduation, Alaa decided to pursue her career as a Trainer. She worked as a Career Education Specialist at Ain Shams University Career Center. And as a freelance trainer, she collaborated with different entitites such as The National Bank of Egypt, PepsiCo, UNICEF, UN Women, ISpark and Leadership Factory. Currently working as Learning & Development Specialist at iCareer.
