The “Diversity Innovation Days” program, built in partnership with the American Embassy in Rome and BeLoud, aims to promote entrepreneurship and innovation among young migrants and Italians in Rome, while promoting diversity and inclusion within Rome’s business community.

With over 200 registered participants, nearly 50 mentors and 45 partners, the Diversity Innovation Days kicked off on December 2022, contributing to the creation of 70+ startup projects. The hackathons gathered diversity of participants and mentors, from Colombia, to Egypt, Morocco, Peru, Argentina, India, Syria, Tunisia, Brazil, Nigeria, and Somalia.

Thanks to the awards provided by partners, 30+ participants were granted a free ticket to We Make Future festival, last June 14-17 in Rimini, and One winning startup was awarded an exhibition booth.
Additionally, two startups were also awarded a fast-track to the Dock3 Incubation program by Roma Tre University, and one startup won a 3-month pass to a network of co-working spaces by Not Only Desk.
