I am an Egyptian lawyer based in Cairo, with over 16 years’ work experience and I have a diverse legal background from working both in law firms in Egypt, Germany, NYC, London, Paris and as in-house counsel with two of the biggest conglomerates in Egypt, coupled with international educational credentials (LL.M. Masters in Law) from SOAS University in London and Duke University in the USA. My latest positions were Group General Counsel of Samcrete for Engineering Investments (one of the top ten construction and development conglomerates in Egypt) and Group General Counsel of Alkan Holding (another diverse-activity top conglomerate in Egypt).
