Mohamed Hany El Assal is an innovative and strategic leader, who has drive, determination and passion to succeed in business and life and to generate sustainable organizational growth and a developed Egypt. He has a proven record of being able to manage the company with great success, as demonstrated with the expansion of the company in several new locations across Egypt such as New Cairo, the New Administrative Capital, 6th of October, Ain Sokhna and the North Coast He is a real estate professional recognizing and valuing the trust of his clients to exceed their expectations for over 17 years. Mohamed Hany graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in Architecture from Misr International University in 2003. He received the Certificate of ISO Quality Assurance Register ISO 9001:2008, the Tourism & Hospitality Management Certificate from the American University in Cairo in 2006 and completed the Interior Design Course at Colombini Group in San Marino in 2014. Mohamed Hany holds the position of CEO of Misr Italia Properties and Misr Italia for Tourism Development. Mohamed Hany is able to build good relationships by delivering on commitments to customers, developing the people of the organization, maximizing shareholder value and giving back to the community and Egypt by creating shared value. Mohamed Hany supervises, delivers and drives the company’s performance, emphasizing working with KPIs to track results and setting a high bar for the level of performance. He is responsible for the overall leadership, growth, direction, cash management, strategic planning & SG&A’s for real estate projects in the company. By leveraging on local and international best practices and always being up to date on everything new in the field of real estate, Mohamed Hany is able to develop new innovative designs and concepts. Mohamed Hany sponsors positive change within the organization by building a performance culture and driving Corporate Governance operating model of rules. He ensures the right tone at the top is set and reinforces the importance of directors’ commitment to support the company’s Business Transformation changes & initiatives.
